A Therapeutic, Client-Centered Massage Therapy Practice

As a Licensed Massage Therapist and fire survivor, I have experienced the importance of first-hand therapeutic care, body work, open communication and wellness as part of my recovery journey.
My goal is to welcome people from all walks of life in search of self-care, relaxation and a healthy client-therapist relationship based on trust, respect and care.
My background includes over 600 hours of rigorous training in therapeutic massage with a curriculum of a multiple modalities like: Swedish and Deep Tissue massage techniques, anatomy and physiology, body dynamics, massage pathologies, ethics, communication, business practices; and a variety of energy and movement modalities like: Introduction to Trager, Shiatsu, Polarity, Spa & Hydrotherapy, Seated massage and Stretching.
Each session is customized to the needs of each client to ensure the best therapeutic results.
Our Services
This modality is focused on relaxation and promotes blood circulation. We use long strokes, along with a combination of techniques and tools that assist in holistic relaxation experience.
This modality is recommended for clients with pathologies affecting the cardiovascular, respiratory, immune, and musculoskeletal system.
It is also highly recommended for clients living with stress, anxiety, and depression.
This anatomically specific modality is considered focused work around bones and joints; where we concentrate on the release of tension for specific muscles (muscle groups).
This modality is recommended for clients seeking muscle recovery, healing, tension release, while assisting with muscle pain, stiffness, ROM, and improve sleep patters.
My practice is client-centered as each session is customized to the needs of each person.
I consider lifestyles, work, physical activities, and pathologies to obtain the best results towards recovery.
After a complete assessment, we then recommend a session plan where we use a combination of tools and/or modalities to best service client needs.
I also integrate basic influences from modalities like: Trager, Shiatsu, Stretching, Myofascial, and Craniosacral.

My massage practice is focused on community, connection, healing, decompression, recovery, peace, and meaningful interactions — a practice that supports and tailors to client’s needs while transcending first-world stressors (computer-based living, high stress and rush-hour commuting), nutrition, body types, gender, sexuality, spirituality and ways of living.
A wellness space where the body, mind and spirit may rest and heal and where discrimination of any sort is not tolerated.

Appointments can be made by phone, text, email or through this website.
Cancellations
1. A 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. If we receive a 24-hour notice, you will be expected to pay for half of the full session, 12-hours of less you will be expected to pay for the full session. By confirming with a credit card, you give us permission to charge your credit card if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment or cancel or reschedule within the allotted time.
2. All appointments will end as originally scheduled, so please be considerate of the therapist’s time and clients following your appointment.
3. If you have been exposed to or are feeling symptoms of Covid-19, please let us know immediately. We are committed to stopping the spreading and will reschedule your appointment for 21 days out, with no fee.
4. During the winter months, if the road conditions are such that you are unable to make it to your appointment, please give your therapist as much notice as possible by calling, texting or leaving a voicemail. If the therapist is unable to make the appointment, we will contact you as early as possible.
2. If the government closes due to inclement weather, we will assess the conditions and close if we feel it is necessary. Your life is of value to us, and we do not want you to be at risk for your appointment. Please remember to call as early as possible.
